Please make certain you have a stable internet connection, in order to avoid dropped calls or other technical issues. If you are using a desktop or laptop computer, be sure to have a working headset and microphone.
All cancellations must be made 48 hours before appointment time. Cancellations after 48 hours will result in partial refunds. No cancellations can be made the day of appointment.
Refunds will be allocated to the same method of payment. Example: If you made a payment via PayPal, then the refund will be issued through that payment platform.
